You may cancel or reschedule any coaching session free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur no more than a 25% fee.
Online Courses:
You may transfer your course access to another participant at no cost if you cannot continue. If less than 50% of the course is accessed, a 50% refund is available.
Subscription Cancellations:
You can cancel ongoing subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, with no further charges. Access to services will remain until the end of the billing period.
